  • I had the pleasure of working with the ModumUp team on the "Build Your Brand on LinkedIn" program for Babbel employees. The goal was to strengthen our employer brand through our ambassadors, help employees share their personal stories, post company news, and ultimately attract talent to Babbel via their personal LinkedIn profiles, while also reducing the cost per candidate, which come through the personal LinkedIn profiles of current Babbel employees.

    The program lasted one month and involved 36 employees. The ModumUp team hosted 4 workshops for our ambassadors. I’d like to highlight the team’s personalized approach when working with our participants. They developed a customized workshop program, and each participant received tailored feedback on their assignments. The workshops were engaging, with a great balance of theory and practice - the interactive elements kept everyone engaged throughout the sessions. After each workshop, the ModumUp team also shared additional resources related to the topic.

    By the end of the program, the ambassadors’ profiles saw an increase of 2,446 new followers. Posts shared during the program reached over 42K views, 1.2K reactions, and more than 150 comments. It’s worth noting that most of the participants had not actively managed their LinkedIn profiles before the program started.

    However, the most significant outcome was that we managed to create a small community of people who support one another and are eager to continue developing as brand ambassadors. Many of them have stayed motivated to maintain their LinkedIn profiles even after the program concluded.

  • ModumUp's team conducted a training program on Social Selling for our company. During the training process, we received positive feedback from all participants, not only from newcomers but also from those who have been working with social media for several years, such as our sales team. It was pleasing to observe the high attendance rate at the workshops. I believe that the personal interaction between participants and mentors played a pivotal role. In the project chat, the mentors communicated with our employees, reminded them of tasks, and addressed questions between workshops.
